Black Caviar Lightning Stakes Day

Yes, Black Caviar was heading for her 23rd consecutive win, and of course she won at odds of $1.10. Well at least you know you are going to have a winning ticket. She has captured the heart of the nation and we all want to flock to the track to see her. She is the modern day Pharlap although my husband insists not. That is OK, he can have his choice, but I love the idea of her capturing the heart of the nation. I mean how many times to we all get to cheer a champion home like this, we have to wait for the Olympics or our favourite sport.
Again, 'The Terrace Restaurant' was sheer brilliance and a drop of Dom Perignion to celebrate a belated Valentines Day. A real treat. Loved all the food in the restaurant and the service was second to none.
